  • When getting on the floor at work isn't an option I find a stairwell or fire escape and do a gravity drop for 3 minutes. Maybe with scapular tractions and glute contractions at the end. During overseas business class travel in a 747, when getting on the floor isn't an option I've used the stairs to upper deck many times.
