We know that Beethoven's 5th Symphony stimulates the subconscious brain in ways that promote creativity and help the brain to think better; we are using it to inspire people to fight climate change. You can join in the chorus.

We have a ball of flaming plasma in the sky, that comprises more than 99% of our entire solar systems mass, has sustained a fusion reaction that's lasted for billions of years, and will last for many more, and produces enough energy to project heat 1.49 million kilometres through a VACUUM... And you think a little carbon dioxide is the cause of our changing climate?
Quite frankly, it's arrogant to think we could do so, particularly in the 50-70 years we've been industrialised.
we shouldn't fight the climate if we do that we are figthing against nature, and nature always win... we must adapt to what Earth is doing and going to do, ofcourse we should protect us against water, or that kind of things, but we musn;t change nature, its wrong, the Earth is one big endless cycle we are just a part of it. and maybe we make the circel goes a little little little bit faster, ofcourse dumping chemcial stuff in lakes and rivers os wrong and goign your trash out of the car...
The problem is not the dumping only... Lot of materials we use are chemically driven to a result that wouldnt occur without our help.
We learn that in grade 7th here, Natural Changes and Artificial changes there is a BIG difference.
So we have this atmosphere that was specifically design to protect us from some of the suns radiation... what do we do, we use nuclear reactions that creates those radiations to power our computers.
My point is.. WE ARE fighting the climate and what Greenpeace is asking is that we stop doing so.
What if we broke the cycle... and dont ever forget that Men is part of nature and needs to be part of the balace (homeostasis). It has been observed in almost closed biospheres that Men is often the first to break this balance and trigger the downfall of Homeostasis.
In medical terms it almost sounds like i described a cancer.
we really shouldnt fight the climate but the climate change =) "we mustnt change nature" - agreed 200%, but what else are we doing when cutting down rainforests, polluting the air and the soil and whatever or with nuclear power stations..."we must adapt to what earth is doing" - unfortunately the earth is adapting to what WE are doing...at last to a part of it. so....maybe think again ?
