Ive been listening to this very powerful signal which is present at 04:00 to 06:00utc at 4110-4400KHZ 5700-5900KHZ 3250KHZ 2850-2850KHZ 4900-5200KHZ. I first noticed it on my SW crystal radio because it overpowers every other signal, even on the quiet areas of the shortwave band making humming, rumbling, and carrier oscillations in strange musical scales and loud tapping noises similar to the now defunkt Russian Woodpecker Very Strange! does anybody have any idea what it is?

  • An effect on humans and animals? Imagine all those poor souls running the HAARP system or whatever system they'd all get fried or grow tumors in their heads maybe like those Russians and their woodpecker.

  • Yes I have been far away from houses and powerlines about 15 kilometres with 2 portable SW radios the signals were still quite strong. I ruled out it being internal signals because my homebuilt crystal radio could pickit up too. Infact it was the xtal radio that made all these signals stand out. I wouldnt have noticed these signals if it wasnt for the xtal set. some sounds have been picked up by other listeners on 3250khz they say its from HAARP but I dont know for sure.

  • As of the posting of this video I have not heard any more signals like the ones I heard in mid March to April3rd 2011 they were the craziest signals out there. I am continuing to monitor my crystal radio in hopes of picking it up again weather its from HAARP or not.

  • Yes HAARP could be a possibility. I live on Vancouver Island canada. Its not too far from me. a couple thousand kilometres or so. I did rule out it being local TV or other electrical noises I could still pick it up in my truck over 10 km from any houses or power lines on my portable SW with just the 4foot whip antenna It still came in very strong. I do beleive all these signals and frequencies are from the same sourse. They were all exteremely strong signals.

  • The new version of the Russian Woodpecker :)

  • good lord they're really "hammering" you guys out there

seriously those short blasts all the time has got to have an effect on the physiology of humans and animals..

  • Muaahahaha!! HAARP, the powerful legacy of the Soviet Woodpecker It does exactly the same as the Soviet radar did - blasts ionosphere with mighty waves. And detects changes in it by the wave path change. Such method is very good to find out defects called deionising. These defects are produced by spacing objects like rocket trails). So you have heard the WWIII detector )))

  • @rEdf196 lol I pick up the same noises in Australia, and many times it is around 882kHz

  • How is it HAARP?! Over the ground Radar.

  • Choo choo!

  • HAARP most likely :)
