Spiritual teacher Barry Long explains how to listen to the truth: 'Be new. Be now. Listen in your own experience.'

This clip is from the video 'Being New' published by The Barry Long Foundation International. Barry Long goes on to speak about 'the only two things in your existence that are real . . . Pure intelligence and pure sensation'. He explains what he means by this and why nothing else is real. But his message is meaningless unless it is heard in the immediacy of one's own being, without any thought or emotion. To make the truth your own requires purity of heart. But what is it to be pure of heart? How is it possible to 'be now: be new'? The answers are at the heart of Barry Long's teaching.
