Referred to as "Britain's national orchestra", the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) was founded in 1946 by Sir Thomas Beechaum.

"Edelweiss" is one of the best-known European mountain flowers belonging to the sunflower family. The song "Edelweiss" which is about the flower, is from Rogers and Hammerstein's 1959 musical "The Sound of Music", which takes place in Austria.
