This song is bad ass. I'm assuming ur mic placement explains that u r a bit shy. Super bold song, don't get me wrong, you killed it, but a bit more confidence would bring more 'soul', more 'oomph'. have a couple cold ones and belt the blues!

@krm927 You try playin' it. If you can even play the guitar part without singing, you would have accomplished something. Maybe go and learn it yourself before you critique others. He nailed the guitar and the lyrics PERFECTLY. Now that he know it, he can embellish it........you see, that's what the process is when you learn something like the guitar.

With a name like Ruiz, maybe it would be better if you went about an hour south of Tuscon.........I heard a mariachi band is missing a guitarron player.........wouldn't expect you to understand American Blues anyways.
