The famous Delta Queen steamboat running in reverse after pulling back from Wheeling Island in Wheeling, West Virginia, on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008. The DQ had been in town this weekend for Wheeling's annual Sternwheeler Festival. This was shot from the Suspension Bridge, also very historically significant; it was windy, so you'll hear some wind noise in the video. In this clip, you'll see they're swinging the gangway ramp around to the front.
