to all that think this is a hoax, i was standing about two feet awaywhen this happened, it was right after that geeksquad car ran over the foot of the kid in the red bandana. and there were many national guardsmen wearing this type of uniform

No they do not. Wear out date was quite a while ago. Prior to G20. Looking at the non-standard footwear and variance in uniforms. I am going to guess local or state police...maybe another federal agency, but most certainly not DoD.

possible, atf maybe. though i was reading that many MPs would be holding onto the tail end of the BCU rotation to save money. on second look though i would be much more willing to go with ATF or state police. good eye on the boots.

No one in the US Army or Marine Corps where wearing BDU's or DCU's at the time of the G20. They had passed the wear out date. Not to mention, MP's were some of the first to get issued the new ACU's since they have a very visible position in the community.
