Funny Video, ridiculous. this happened in 2009? definitely not US Military personnel. The black guy has on BDU's and an MP brassard. The US Army wearout date for BDU's was 30 APR 08, and the Crown Vic has PA plates, instead of the regular US G-plates from a GSA motorpool. Very poor attempt by protesters to make it seem that the evil (insert conspiracy theory) military is coming to get us all. Prob booked because they'd get rolled up by the local police for the Stolen Valor Act.
