I agree with what you said about the "energy drink" deal. There were times when I got so weak, so dull, and just out of it. Usually, when that happens, I was parked at a truck stop and food was always within my grasp. But I'd hate to have it happen while I'm out in the middle of nowhere with nothing in sight.
Anyhow, NO MORE ENERGY DRINKS for me anymore!

@hanvwjPRODUCTIONS Yep, I got to feeling the same way. Dizzy, weak and the shakes. I've been off those drinks for about a year and a half now. NO MORE. Good to hear from ya Yohan

Do you ever sleep at truck stops or do you park in a more remote location?
mrhenderson 1 year ago
@mrhenderson It depends on the season. In the bitter winter cold, I typically stay at the truck stops. If anything should go wrong with the truck or anything else, I'm just a short walk from help. But otherwise, I park as far away as I can from truck stops

Very good ideas right there! I'm not a trucker, but I used to eat all sorts of junk. I've stopped doing that and started cooking and lost about 15 kilos, how about that?
cipmars 1 year ago
@cipmars that is awesome!!!! I'm all for eating healthier. And it applies to everyone. It's just that for drivers, it's a real challenge to cook on the road... Congrats on losing 15 kilos (33Lbs) that is a great accomplishment..
