at around 3:20 the guy doing plyo squat jumps with the bar on his shoulders.. i couldnt imagine doing that without if being extremely painful. he doesnt seem to have any problem with it though

No wonder canadian volleyball isn't that great. They have them do so many unneccessary drills.

Hey Anzie10, I watched & liked your video of 65 inch jump on the box. It's great!
You seem to have good experience in training. I won't start a fight over you it's not my purpose. I just assume that with your coaching experience, you might know that it's tough to judge the quality of a training without knowing the context and the purpose of the drills. Especially with a very short video mixing different phases in 4 minutes.
