... and the worst on-screen romance I've possibly ever seen with zero chemistry between the actors involved in depicting said romance. Clones had some cool set pieces, but they were not the sum of their parts and the whole thing didn't hold together. Revenge of the Sith had the right tone overall, barring some stupid cartoony bits that felt wrong. It's the closest to being what the Prequels should have been like in terms of look and feel, but the characters were mostly flat.

The first Star Wars had the most heart of them all. Empire was the only one that took the material seriously and was the best made of the six. Return of the Jedi was the first SW movie I saw, so I have a soft spot for it, but it showed some of the flaws we'd later see plaguing the Prequels. Phantom Menace was a childish mess, the product of a writer/director who hadn't worked in decades and had lost touch with his roots and maybe even the human race. AOTC was unexciting and had bad dialogue...

My favorite is empire strikes back or return of the jedi I've always thought the original trilogy was far better than the prequels now don't get me wrong I enjoy the prequels for what they are and i will watch them. Now Jeremy a question for you would you ever consider seeing the original trilogy in theeaters. Im considering it because I wasn't born when those came out and that's the only reason I am considering it just to see my the originals on the big screen.

My favorite Star Wars movie is actually Revenge of the Sith. Why? Because it's the most emotional of the saga, it's got a dark, intense story, and it has by far the best fights of the series. That being said, I think the other 5 are also really good in some way, and I respect your point about A New Hope (I don't mind it's current name or most of the changes), even though it's probably my second least favorite (after Return of the Jedi). But there's still a lot of things that I love about all 6.
