@yyoU8s Was probably on...but the engines were running at max power and the anti-icing was taking some of that power, so there wasn't enough power to maintain the airspeed.

The co-pilot should have taken over to save lives, since the pilot was overwhelmed, or scared to make a split second decision

Im guessing two things....the first officer knows more than the Capt.....How many flights had crashed because the Capt decided to pull up instead of push forward. Also, the next time I fly, I will ask the crew if they know stall procedures.
