Overdrive allows you to connect up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices simultaneously including laptops, gaming devices, cameras and even smartphones from other carriers through a single connection (via Wi-Fi), to a network that is up to 10 times faster than todays 3G speeds from any national wireless carrier. Overdrive creates a connection between the Sprint 4G network and virtually all of the hundreds of millions of Wi-Fi-enabled electronics devices owned by or available to customers today.

Overdrive 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot exclusively from Sprint for $99.99 (excluding taxes) after a $50 mail-in-rebate with a two-year service agreement beginning Jan. 10.

  • andyrooney11: I have not seen that, mine works fine all the time.

  • I read that this mobile hotspot device has to be regularly reset after a few short minutes of non-use and that in some way affects the already limited 5GB of data transfer. Was I misinformed? Does anyone have any helpful information about that? Thank you.
