I don't believe in organized religion.
When I listen to this, I hear it.
God is in the music.
Find it where you want.
If you know anything about music, you know this is done VERY well. No computers to fix your pitch, no 2nd, 3rd or 4th takes. Flat or not, they are human and this kicks ass.

Wtf? What are you, high??
-
You guys are all queers arguing about this. Who gives a crap? It's not like one of you airheads are going to admit that you are wrong.
-
no one in this group was singing below their pitch.
i dont' know what you are hearing when you say that.
you're wrong/
they're definitely on pitch.
and perfectly i might add.

No matter what either of you say, you're both wrong... because she's a SOPRANO!! It doesn't matter what you think, as long as she thinks she did a good job. And if she thinks she did a bad job, just tell her she looked pretty doing it and all will be right with the world again.

I was just on this guys myspace and he has passed. Very sad...this is a beautiful version!

good singing.

ur totally right. she is where she needs to be. the entire group is at least a half step lower than where they should b. but u know what, they're an a cappella group and they r human and not perfect so that does happen from time to time, even w/ the amazing voices of liberty. those songs r very difficult to sing.

Well bimmerboy87 - I do have the music - know the music well. The group obviously flatted a bit. The chord is correct at the end - in other words, she's where she's supposed to be. In a perfect world, where the group doesn't drop in pitch, then she would end up on a D flat. The issue is not whether she's supposed to be singing a D flat or a high C - it's where the group is. If she sung a D flat, she wouldn't be with the group would she?

I hear you, and what a shame it is that people for a big part have no idea what the awesome messages of some of these songs are.
