Today, there is a growing and increasingly widespread movement inside mainline and Evangelical churches which attempts to join Islam and Christianity. Based on the premise that both religions worship the same deity, "Chrislam" is gaining followers and becoming a favorite among the politically correct. But is the basis of this movement correct? Do the Bible and Qur'an harmonize? Is Allah actually Jehovah God? Why are those claiming to be Evangelicals involved with this misguided idea? Author, speaker, and commentator, Eric Barger, answers these questions, debunks Chrislam's fallacies, and clearly points out the incompatibilities which forever separate authentic Christianity and Islam.
There is but one way to the Father and that is through Jesus Christ. One narrow path to a narrow gate. Not many paths or roads or ways. Jesus said, "no man comes to the Father but by me." He didn't mean any old way anyone wanted it to be. Especially to avoid dealing with the SIN ISSUE. Something so many "churches(?)" fail to deal with anymore.

@Ylimeli You are DEAD wrong! On what basis would you say that Jesus would advocate syncretism? The synoptic gospels, John's Gospel, and the NT condemn syncretism, and advocate that "there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby they must be saved," Acts 4:12. Tolerance of people to worship as they choose is not the same as mixing faith traditions.

Islam, Judaism and Christianity all worship the God of Abraham but in different ways. Christians who are aware of this spread tolerance of all religions <33. A coexistence of religions/mix of religons is what the world needs and what Jesus would advocate for.
