Artificial Structures on Asteroid Vesta?

Is this object artificial? NASA's Dawn spacecraft obtained this image of the giant asteroid Vesta with its framing camera on July 24, 2011. It was taken from a distance of about 3,200 miles (5,200 kilometers). Dawn entered orbit around Vesta on July 15, and will spend a year orbiting the body. Hoagland deserves a slap for coming up with so much bollocks without any credible evidence. Name me one of his claims that has hard proof?

there is a spiral coming out of the crater at 5 maybe but the rest is merased and it looks like others things have been erased as well

The white "teeth" is most probably ice or mineral salts from a recent comet collision.

Its just newly formed crated. You can notice disrupted dust layer and exposed rocks.
