The message you received was correct the first time. This was an Environmentalist who works/trains the EPA who purposefully, illegally dumped the toxic chemicals on our property. It saved him apx 20k not to have this used frac water hauled away. It was all about money, not the envirnoment.

May I suggest that you change the title of this video. Is sounds as if it's a video about an environmentalist who dumps illegally. That's NOT what you're trying to convey, right? Why not entitle it something more direct like 'Fracking liquid illegally dumped on my property'.

of course the wells workers dumped it, they have no idea what they are working with. Proprietary ingredients...how convenient. I wonder if this landowner leased his land or was it taken by eminent domain? Everyone negatively affected by fracking should spread the word to others. Be a part of this grassroots movement to fight this unregulated technique!
