Because the role following the rollercoaster life of fan-favorite frontman Kurt Cobain from powerband Nirvana is a difficult one for any actor to portray, project producers have yet to officially sign-on anyone. Zac Efron could be considered a frontrunner for the untitled project because of his singing and acting talents as well as his positive public perception and ability to kinda look like Cobain, but is there someone else you think is better suited to portray this music icon? Maybe it's Ben Foster, Joe Anderson, Ryan Gosling or someone else completely? if it has to be done,honestly hate me if you may but Zac could pull it off you all are just close minded to hsm but his acting skills are beyond that plus he has a resemblence take away his clean cut look and i love both Kurt and Zac to death so i think yes js

@anteracmacash i don't know... if the movie's good, why not? It might just as well motivate some more people to listen to nirvana, which would be a good thing. ever seen control, about ian curtis? i know a bunch of people that startened listening to joy divsion because of that film.

if anyone should play kurt cobain it should be micheal pitt he has already done a similar movie called last days... which is a good movie but could of been better but i love to see him do the portrayal of kurt

I agree that Zac is not the best choice for the role, and I got really angry at first to hear he was concidered the role of Kurt, but if you see past how Kurt was dressed ( Not affending, in anyway To make that clear everyone - Its just to give a point. ), he was a 'prettyboy' - Beautiful eyes, and a really beautiful face. And you have to be a fool to see that Zac doesn't got that, there is different between 'not my style' and 'ugly' - Remember that. He is not the worst they could pick.
