Home prices went down, thats only a small fraction of the bigger picture. Feds lowered the rates is useless coz mortgage rate gone up over 6.5%. Try dropping it to 4.0% at

0 down/0 closing. That how you guaranteed solve this issue coz buyers r just out there

waiting. Reduce or delete those useless CDD's and HOA dues, thats the fix right there. Add

the Prop. Taxes & Insurance too. Attack the real causes of the problem, thats d only way to revive the market.
