We need STV in BC. 40% of the vote should not hold 100% of the power. I think that there is nothing wrong with proportional representation. We end up with minority governments most of the time anyways and there is a percentage cap so you have to hold a certain percent of the vote to get a seat, to keep out "wing-nuts" and too many parties.

Yeah, democracy is a lot more democratic when people who vote for what various elites have decided are 'crazy parties' don't have any chance of ever having their views represented.
