A few HD clips strung together taken around Christchurch (New Zealand) 2 days after the earthquakes on the 23rd of December. Amazingly, the city was acting as if nothing had happened - a testament to the experiences of the residents over the past year or so.
The magnitude-6.0 and 5.8 quakes on the 23rd had sparked life back into fault systems around Christchurch, increasing the chance of further shakes in the next few weeks and only gradually decaying over several months. In saying this, the city is prepared and the City Council are doing a great job.
These have been taken around the city while I was out walking around the centre of town, there are some unusual perspectives that you might enjoy.
