Decent build overall. Seems like you ran out of money when you got to the video card... 5770 is weak should of sprung for the 68XX cards.

Corsair, Antec, SeaSonic... Try to get a modular one, keeps the wire clutter down and improves on airflow. Generally, the cheaper the power supply, the more odds that it will blow up. A good 650W Modular should run at least $100.
