interpretation:
"when i'm riding i swear, i see your face at every turn" just like the line already says, when miley is out she sees justin every way he doesnt even have to be there but she still sees him because she misses him.
" i tried to get my usher on but i cant let it burn" - was referring to the song "burn" by usher as i read. with this it means just like that she cant let the relationship between them fade away.
" &i just hope that you know youre the only one i yearn for "- im not sure if some of you had at this point when youre so in love you cant breathe,eat just nothing you just sit there and want this one single person no matter what no matter what happened you just want them its like youre only wish. &thats how miley feels in this line in my video~
" no wonder ill be missing when will i learn?" - i know i wrote the lyric wrong in the video :$$ XD but it means like referring to the sentence before, that if you want this person so badly, of course you will miss them but then you cought yourself asking why you still love them&when youll learn from your mistakes.
in the video miley is seeing justin with an other girl thats like 'when will i learn?' as an example; when will she learn to realize she doesnt have a chance anymore or its only a waste of time left it can be interpreted as everything that can match.
" didnt give you all my love, i guess now i got my packback" - also good following to the quote 'you will only realize how much you love someone & learn to appreciate them when they are gone" cause miley didnt give him the love he needed/deserved &so he left and she realized it was wrong but also too late now.
"now im in the club thinking all about you baby" - was to me like, she is trying to hang out,to have fun (club) but she just cant do anything without thinking about him.
" you were so easy to love.. but wait i guess that love wasnt enough" - my favourite line to be honest:P XDD ; at the end of the day miley loves him & its actually so good to imagine in this verse: its really for those who had been in love will understand me, that you fall in love directly its like booom and its there! and then youd do everything for them but thats probably not enough:$
" going through it everytime when im alone" - i think like a reverse; she cant help herself looking&caring for him all the time
"&now im wishing that you'd pick up the phone" - she wants to talk with him maybe sort things out or just hear his voice but he didnt because ;-

"i was thinking about you, thinking about me thinking about us, what we gonna be. open my eyes it was only just a dream" - to me this is like she is thinking again about him like in this whole song she is only thinking about him XDDD and about they,the way they were or actually the way they never were (like getting close as a couple etc) & then she realizes that never happened, we were like never happy or it was so long ago that she cant remember it anymore. &as she opens her eyes she sees the reality also like she wanted it to be like that ways him&her forever but opens her eyes &sees him with an other girl (" it was only just a dream..")
" so i travel back down that road " - the "road" is to me like the way back to him,back to them its like a circle she always wants to go back she stucks in the past &actually knows that he isnt there anymore but this dream keep her going.
"we come back? nobody knows" and nobody knows if they will ever be together again
"i realize it was only just a dream" - same again; she realizes that all she wanted was only a dream&that the reality is harder
