  • Sis, muscle does not weigh more than fat, a pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle because a pound is the measurement. Muscle is more dense and fat does take up 5x the volume of muscle, so a square inch of muscle weighs more than a square inch of fat. Also you can't turn fat into muscle or vice versa they are two different biological substances. I appreciate your message though being overweight myself it's not often someone takes the time to say something helpful, thank you.

  • Hi Nocurves81

Thanks for your comments, I'm hoping that viewers overstood that I was referring to the volume of fat and musle as you pointed out. which is why I stressed that the way your clothes fit is more important.

Again I hoped viewers would overstand that I was referring to them losing /buring fat and building muscle mass

I appreciate your more technical approach though

    take care and stay healthy

  • excellent advice. alot of people are taking the B12 shots and a very strong appetite suppressor, but not being conscious of the side effects, why they're overeating, health and getting rid of dis-eases...these things are more important than being a size 0...which is not naturally possible for most people of African origin....i've passed this on to some people i'm concerned about, if you can share on facebook that would be great! Blessings.

  • you have shams inflexions...you'all must have a good teacher at home
