It's a shame their pay is terrible, at least for the IT position I was offered. Their environment sounds interesting and fun, and there are several perks, but you can't offer me a measly $14/hr wage when I could (and did) go to a similar position making more than double that. For a company that makes so much money overall, I don't understand.
