Cause your GUILTY until proved innocent according to the BBC. I have yet to hear from the ECHR regarding a judgement as to the legality of this monopoly, and while they are trying to wriggle out of that claim by offering up money to other channels they don't fool me.

Easy solution to the government.... scrap the TV license. Here in Nottingham they are sure very persist inspectors if you dont pay your license. I wouldnt be suprised if they are even breaking the law here. They are also very crafty trying to con you into entering your home. It would save so much money wasted by the BBC harassing people about TV license! Or another solution bring in harassment laws for unathorized people banging on your door!

Nice Video well put..But you really don't need to worry about the TV Licence..They Need Your Consent..NO CONSENT = NO RULE, As its a ACT NOT LAW and ACTS Requires our consent..So the 1st thing is DON'T Give your Name as that is Contracting with them! and that is consent

Why not thank the TV Licensing for their "considerate" actions. Put a copy of The Yellow Pages, in a large emvelope then sellotape TV Licensing's letter you are returning to them, maybe they could find this useful. They have a freepost address.

I live in the USA and we don't have to put with that crap of tv licence for which is good. TV should be free.
