And btw, bfg do not support overclocking, it states in their warranty terms and conditions that the warranty is void if the card is damaged by overclocking. Even attaching a third party cooler which would be classed as modifying the card under their warranty terms voids the warranty.
I wouldnt even agree with their support being that good, it says 24/7 tech support available but i sent a response back yesterday in regards to my rma and ive still not heard anything back from them.

Then dont buy bfg they suck i had mine for about a week before they were sold, evga offer all that i said aswell as xfx, aswell as step up for evga and infact even bfg offer step up do ati do that?
Do any ati manufatures allow overclocking?
Do any have lifetime warrenty. If not why not?
Do they have physx or 3d vision?
Can you add water blocks without voiding warrenty can you even replace the thermal paste?
I think the answer is no to all of those.
Resonce should take 48hrs through ticket.
