Jackie Kennedy put no pressure on her son JFK, Jr. but the pressure was there none the less. Presidential historian, Doug Wead talks about Jackie Kennedy's last not to JFK, Jr. Jackie Kennedy was one of America's most popular First Ladies.

  • I cannot even begin to imagine what it would be like to be a Kennedy...too much, too much...

  • There were many primary sources in Doug Wead's books, including several presidents and first ladies and friends of the families and employees. These books sure give the presidency and history a different perspective and especially the Kennedys. I think they were balanced but very direct and to the point.

  • Doug Wead (the guy speaking) is now Ron Paul's surrogate and in charge of his campaigns and stuff. RON PAUL 2012

  • @Joisoleil0429 don't be so hard on yourself

  • Check out the videos JFK Jr.'s death and its suspicious details. It seems that others sensed and derailed his "place in history," described by Jackie.

  • the kennedy's became a symbol of liberalism and in a divided country such as america this did not bode well for a life of no stress. a burdon was put on jfk jr. life from the time he lost his father- if you were a conservate you hated him. he was just a young man trying to find his place and do some kind of meaning to his life.. the short time he had on this earth he did good and so did his dad.

  • Maybe we should recall that offspring sometimes though not always struggle with their identity. R

  • this guy is a jack ass

  • @yoncallalily The first two things that you would need would be a high tolerance for alcohol and a low tolerance for morality.

  • Which President's son is he talking about who was living on this island??

  • The pressures on these offspring must be enormous. When we are young it sometimes seems hard to fill the shoes of an ordinary father, let alone, a legend.
