Grass Growing Time Lapse

For three weeks I experienced the birth and death of grass. Now you can experience it in less than a minute.

The grass was planted March 9, 2011 and I finished filming on March 30th. I purchased the grass at Meijer in Lewis Center, OH. The music is "Dublin 60" from the Studiocutz Music Library.

This was shot using a Sony VX2100 mini-dv video camera in interval record mode. A half second of video was shot every 10 minutes and then sped up at a variable rate between 1500 and 3000 times the original tape speed. By my calculations the growth in the video is about 30,000 times faster than reality (check my math).
