@VetoVetoAhhh Theres no risk to any of Paul Cheks practices or methods and he encourages a very positive way of thinking which instantly puts him many levels above crossfit in my book (although Crossfit has good points too). Although as a trainer i dont agree with all of Paul Cheks theories respect what he has to say and I like his outlook
