I was there holding here hand when my wife of 43 years passed away March 24 2009 at the young age of 61. To all of you folks out there, live your life like you don't have tommorow because you may not. Just spend a few moments as often as you can thinking about what is important in your life. It might make your life better.

My very good friend and I were supposed to listen to My Morning Jacket together, because we heard their name from a television show and wanted to know if they were good.
He passed away on Sunday due to a car accident with his friends... I'm listening to this song and crying because he never got to experience this band. I wish I would have never procrastinated with listening to it.

I was in love with a girl but I had not taken the time to recognize that she was mentally unstable, it ended very badly. Ultimately I became depressed and in retrospect I should have told people how terrible I felt instead of telling them I was sick to explain my physical appearance. I get chills every time I listen to this, it brings back memories of cold, dark, almost euphoric melancholy.
