@Dan1988A Well, the light blue you see here is for the afternoon. The more subdued-blue would be for mid-morning, the rainbow colours would be used during sunrise and early evening, and the black and purple would be used after nightfall.
Actually it works by wich party is in power, back in these days, it was the conservatives hense the blue, today it's still red because the conservatives haven't won a majority government yet, if they do, they will rebrand everything, it's probably already done.
Oh yeah, that's right, they were using different id styles depending on the time of day at the time. The sound clip really stands in my mind. Great clip!
