Taegeuk Ee Jang -- Lake (South East, Youngest daughter) In the depths of the lake are treasures and mysteries. The movements of this Taegeuk/Palgwe should be performed knowing that man has limitations, but that we can overcome these limitations. This should lead to a feeling of joy, knowing that we can control our future.

@IREAPZZ014 Actually, I am a Red belt in Tae-Kwon-Do, and this is the second form in the Taegeuk series of Poomses. Maybe they use it for karate, but it was originally made for Tae-Kwon-Do students.

@KoriKitti im 1st Gup (black tip). The thing i found most helpful was youtube videos actually, especially for patterns. Also, its probably a given but got to as many classes as you can and ask your instructor a shit load of questions
