This is Benjamin Burnley from Breaking Benjamin in a band he started in High School called Epoch. These recordings go back to the early 90's and are the oldest and most rare.

@toakopaku Haha Nice try, but no you don't. All That's out are these clips that many people have, and one guy on the official site The Shallow Bay had a demo tape in which he extracted all the songs for himself, and only released samples, which you hear now.

There is a whole Epoch song on ShallowBay somewhere. I have it. It's called "Real", although some chick is singing. I think Ben might be doing back-up covals, but I can't be sure. It sounds like him sometimes and then it doesn't others, and then there's the whole "I'm, like, 16" thing.

I think one of my friends claimed he videotaped Epoch once in High School. I should prolly find out if thats true if theres really no full recordings of these songs.

@WeAreJaneDoe  That "chick" is Emily, and Ben is doing the back-up vocals. He wrote the song. Where did you find this online? Is there a link??

@Telos41 He's saying: So he took a stand, his woman he did leave. The the chorus: Woman can, woman can, woman can make you cry..... etc. Breaking Benjamin wouldn't be releasing these old songs, they're from Ben's band from back in High School. No Mark, Chad, or Aaron in these songs.

You can definatly hear the Nirvana influence in the sound especially at the beggining.
