Ive seen some of your videos bro.. and let me tell you if you want success in the MMA,,, you need to start by running.. running is the most essential part of conditioning,, second.. go on a diet... no beef noodle soup or anything of that sort.. make sure you get a good routine work out and I guarantee you 2 months youll see a huge difference... yes thank you for your advice, I have been changing my diet, I've completely discarded potatos from my foods, and I go on protein whey (be it Dymatize or Balance) 2-3x a day, I also use NOS pre workout drink and I train everyday.
