  • Great player, Raymond! Can't beat tube units, for sure.

Thought I had this Benny/Peggy OKeh beauty posted, but I only have the flip "Blues In The Night" up.

  • @SwingMan1937 You know...I believe this is my most played 78!! I just love it!

  • what a beautiful phonograph!! i am sure if you check ebay you can find a 45 adaptor.

ive seen several admiral adaptors there for a few bucks. what model changer is it?

look directly behind the tone arm for the sticker.i saw it back there but couldnt make

it out. that will tell you what adaptor to look for.

  • @chompo7 UR Right Chompo! I forgot about that little sticker...its RC7BOS-24H

  • BTW, at the local antique shop, they're selling a mid-1950s Zenith Cobramatic. It needs a new cartridge as well as I could not get the records to change. The motor works. Do you want it? It is 60 dollars.

  • @VinylLad No...that's too much to have to put more dollars into it. I have my one Cobra, that's enough. You should make them an offer (40.00), get it working and have a vintage player for yourself. ;-) You can get a needle for it at Needle In A Haystack. The rest sounds like it needs lubed.

  • Raymond, I've never been a Peggy Lee fan but that recording of "Where or When" may be the best recording of that song that I've ever heard. Just wonderful!!

  • love Peggy Lee (benny goodman aint bad either haha ;) I enjoyed the posting soo thanks

  • Wow Ray what a nice player!! I really like the color and it sounds great!

  • I like that color! What type of changer is that? It looks almost like a VM but I think that Admiral made their own changer.
