It's not just Nadal's speed that makes him special. He can't execute that whipping forehand without the wrist and forearm strength. Most guys would get no power to pass trying to hit his shots. He's just different.

Thats not a reverse forehand. He just lifts his arm so he lets the racket go around his head. Reverse forehand is when the racket or the forearm doesnt go over your head at all.

@peterpkr it refers to the finish/follow-through which doesn't just finish over the shoulder or around the body but keeps going around and over your head to the other shoulder.
