ANISE Consulting can provide remote support to your computer using CITRIX GoToAssist. From Belgium to Boonah, our experts can assist you, in your office, from 6 minutes to as long as you require.
This remote support is 128 bit AES encryption end to end, providing the highest level of security. You can choose to terminate the session at any time, by shutting down your browser.
If you have any issues, you can watch this very short video to show you what happens; This video outlines what you need to do to accept an invitation for a GoToAssist support session. Essentially you just need to follow the prompts as they appear on screen. The speed will depend on your internet connection; obviously a high speed internet connection is desirable.
Step 1 Receive an email invite
Step 2 Click on the hyperlink
Step 3 Click Launch Software
Step 4 A box will appear asking Do you want to run this application? CLICK Run
Once you see the box that says Installing GoToAssist Customer, the download is complete and we should be connected.
Step 5 Approve session. I as the support representative cannot access your computer until you have clicked YES to approve you wish to join the support session.
If this does not happen for you, check your internet connection, and then contact me, your support representative, they may need to restart a support session. This does not happen often, but something to keep in mind.
