yes but if you take away that 18cents what do you think people will do? BUY MORE GAS which will decrease the SUPPLY because of the greater DEMAND which in return will do what?! raise prices higher! its basic economics and every economist has came out against this. its a joke to trick people to get clinton votes, even their own aides have said it wont do good, but will help their candidate politically. It's basic supply and demand..............greater demand with less supply = higher prices!
