Keep it simple when organizing your paper. Most people only have 3 categories of how they organize their paper; financial, personal, and medical. If you don't have time to file it is okay to have 3 really good looking boxes in front of you and you can throw that paper work in there. The goal is retrieval and not a super complicated organizing systems.
