Witness the frenzied, otherwise invisible life of bats in the dark in northern Wisconsin through the eyes of a thermal imaging camera. Shows where they can live on a house and why they need a high place to take flight or land. Bats are found all over the world; they probably live around you, too! They dine on bugs and use sonar to find them and to avoid hitting objects in the dark. They rarely need to use their eyes. To a thermal imaging camera, their warm bodies appear white, whereas their thin, membrane-like wings appear dark, because they are cool.
