@Raptilla Understanding this, we can get rid of Civil Rights regulations if we just make sure we don't misinterpret the constitution again.

@Raptilla And just to be clear, the event of institutional racism was imposed because of a faulty interpretation of the constitution which was derived from the idea that other races were NOT even human, and thus constitutional law did not affect them. Civil rights regulation was only necessary to tell the majority of us that all races of human are INDEED human, and that individuals matter more than the race they belong to.

@Raptilla Although, admittedly, there are groups that protest this notion that say if we forget, then the events WILL happen again. Notably, this opinion comes from activists telling us to remember the event of the Holocaust, so that we keep regulating governments to prevent the next Hitler. Although, in this case, the regulation is against GOVERNMENT, and not against MARKET forces. The constitution itself is PERMANENT regulation against GOVERNMENT which prevents these types of events.

This is an interview the Republicans need to promote for Ron Paul for the rest of their nation nomination. I've never voted for a Republican and really don't want to continue "Republic" style govt or where citizen must put trust in Representative Govt, I rather have True Direct legal citizen Democracy citizen direct legislative power. But that will take a citizen Revolt & take-over, which may happen "OCCUPY". Til then you Pubs get Ron Paul nominated I will vote for him, any other pub I V/Obonga.
