why people still claiming free, since linux os (ubuntu, kubuntu, xubuntu) are unstable OS, and not compatible with must of the basic software, it can damage your pc, eg. fan speed operator! etc and since the price of your new computer includes the OS with a 99 stable and compatible software why go linux anyway, linux is for people who think they are smarter than anyone else!!!

@313hummer i'm currently on linux mint 11 right now..at the full overclocking sitting comfy and stable..havent had a problem yet...so windows fanboy here's a message for you: DON'T FUCKING GO AROUND ANNOUNCING WINDOWS IS BETTER WHEN IT FAILS AT 3 BASIC THINGS AN ENTHUSIAST LOVES TO DO COMPARED TO LINUX: system durability, overclock, and protect your files.

@313hummer issues..ON ALL 3 VERSIONS! wtf is this shit..i'm lucky i didn't pay a dime for any of those versions because i would have sadly been mistaken! oh yea and about overclocking..i run my machine (amd athlon ii x2 3.0ghz, 8gb visiontek ddr3 1600mhz and msi gt430 OC edition) at cpu: 4.2 ghz memory:1600mhz AND WHEN I BOOTED INTO WINDOWS..GUESS WHAT? it didn't let me!! i had to downclock to 3.6/1333mhz ..it wasn't an issue with hard ware..it was windows becoming unstable..now..

@313hummer program to get all 3 (64 BIT) versions of them..then did all the things i normally do on linux (I ALSO HAD 3 DIFFERENT VIRUS PROTECTION SOFTWARE INSTALLED: norton, mcafee, and avg) i download TF2 ..chrome firefox..benchmarking software ..all at the same time..and it was just as fast as linux i must admit..but the thing is that chrome failed within 4 hours of me using it..ie (64BIT AND 32BIT) both became unusable within 2 hours ..due to windows updates...and loads of other..

@313hummer paying $200 for the basics (which i must say doesn't come with aero enabled..or you can pay $ 250 for the pro version..which still has the same problems as basic..but just has aero and a few more features (jk..you can enable those in basic if you know what your doing) and costs 50 dollars more..and you can get ultimate..which "solves" all the problems of basic and pro which shouldn't have existed in the first place...you know how i know this? i used my college intuition...

@loregonbatan well my friend..lets put it this way..you can get it made by a giant company that doesn't care about quality, "microsoft"..now this company is just showing flashy vulgar features..and its intensely fast with a basic user interface ..lets say a toyota..but when you first get it you have to configure ALL your drivers..tuning your os to make it work better..installing all the programs..knowing that eventually your going to get a virus..and slow down over time...
