@bealio721 Actually, he wasn't insane, he only played insane. You need to read what Noam Chomsky, who researched the Nixon records, says about Nixon and Kissinger. Nixon once told Kissinger to act - in negotiations with the Vietnamese - like we were totally out of control crazy. He even said he wanted European leaders to believe that our govt was insanely violent and not to be messed with. It was a TACTIC, not insanity.
