@dachkoks I dont think Gypsies are neccessarily bad but I did have some problems with them back in the day. I know times were tough but I did not appreciate them stealing stuff I left on my grandfathers grave nor did I appreciate my neighborhood looking like a landfil everytime a gypsy cirus rolled by. That comment above was more of a shot at Albanians than Gypsies.

@sumadinac92 Actually the Kosovans maybe more advanced and westernized than the Albanians.
After all, Albania used to be like North Korea is now...it was totally isolated. No tourists wanted to go to Albania and under Hoxha they didn't want any contact with the west...just like North korea. N. Korea cetainly could use tourist income...but they don't want their people to be "poisoned"
Yugoslavia on the other hand encouraged tourism. Unfortunately Kosovo has always been a desolate place

@EdwardRommel So what's stopping Albania?They have invested much less than some countries who don't even care about Kosovo.Albanians from Albania look upon their Kosovar brethren with a degree of contempt,like a lower class of something as hopelessly backwards and peasants.The only Albanian I know was from Elbasan and lives in Tirana,and he didn't have very high opinion about Kosovars.
