No, the radius is too small. you would need a bigger radius like 2,5m or something like that, not sure. This mini costs about 300€ so about 400$

No, it's not in my house. We first built the mini and after that we built a hut around it.

well before we screwed the plywood on the laths we built a hut made of wood and stell, so now we can skate at night (we have two 500watt halogen spotlights), we can skate there when it rains, so when ever we want. I'm sorry for my bad english, I'm from germany.
The Mini is near the Lake of Constance in Germany
