Because counterfeit watches are illegal and they fund organized crime and they are lousy watches compared to the quality of real watches that the same money will buy.
The only reason to buy a fake watch is to make yourself look like something or someone you are not.
A real Casio is better than any fake at any price, because it is honest.

The lobes that protect the crown are different as well. Lets be honest though, if your going for look and no so much on investment value.... why not have a fake.

Apparently this model came in both 3 & 5 ticks, so thats not relevant.
Looking at a promo photo of an LV, the 1st watch matches, the 2nd doesnt.
1. Larger diameter hour markers: 1st yes, 2nd no.
2. Tight font spacing of word "Rolex": 1st yes, 2nd no
3. 12 oclock marker almost touching crown logo: 1st yes, 2nd no
4. Word "date" starts immediately after the X from "Rolex": 1st yes, 2nd no.
5. Subtle minute markers on dial: 1st yes, 2nd no.
6. Normal looking caseback and teeth: 1st yes, 2nd no.
