I bought a China Glaze, and I love the color (purple with blue sparkles!), but it dries matte, which I hate because I don't like applying top coats often. Are all of them like that?

I love all Rimmel polishes. Great price, increasing colour range and the brush is like opi's - nice and wide and easy to apply.
