Hey, I know what you mean about exercising around 'skinny blonds.' I prefer home exercise too. Why is it that you don't take a lunch? I wonder if you could take a lunch, and walk 15 minutes during your lunch? I cannot get enough time in at one time to get all my steps in. So, I try to break it into morning, noon, and evening 15 to 30 minute walks. I set my cell phone to chirp a few times at noon and at 6pm to remind me to put my shoes on to walk. If I can do more, great. But it all adds up.
Glad you can feel the difference now with the restriction. It's never too late for us to restart the exercise. It doesn't have to be just steps it can be anything extra. Slapping you and me around to get back the motivation!

I "discovered" water aerobics and aqua yoga about a year ago. I love them!! We have a nice group, but it's mostly us big boned chickies and little old ladies. There's one "couple" in the class that pisses me off. The husband is uber competative and the wife is the giggly type that thinks it's cute when he races past us fat chicks.
I am so happy for you! I am sure you will get your "mojo" back. We all slip, but the important thing is to not punish yourself and just get back on the horse. You won't do yourself any favors by dwelling on the mistakes. Celebrate your success and look to future success, not past "failures"!! :)
Im feelin your pain with the mojo.I get that alot too.I look at those people in the gym,you know the ones with the beautiful hard bodies,and I think Ill never look like that so why bother.Thats diffacult.but hey I still try.
