I can see this wud be improved by adding a hand brake on top. And I can see an electic powered version of this might be interesting and usefull.

it doesnt matter if the chair can hold 150kg.. what matters is if the guy can prevent that 150kg from sliding down the stairs real fast juz by using his strength alone..
